Liziba Station is Chongqing's "magical calling card": the trains of Metro Line 2 pass through the 6-8 floors of a residential building, and it has been a top check-in point since its opening in 2004.
How to go
Take Metro Line 2 to Liziba Station. A new observation platform has been built outside the station, which allows for direct photography of trains entering and exiting the building.
Camera position
- Across the street from the viewing platform/platform: Take a photo of the moment when the train passes through the building at the best angle.
- Far view by the river: From the direction of Niujiaotuo and the Grand Theater, the elevated road of Line 2 along the river has a strong sense of urban hierarchy.
Surrounding series connection
- Three story road, Erling Second Factory (Cultural and Creative Park), and Fotuguan Park trail can be visited together.
- Line 2 itself has excellent views along the elevated river, and it is recommended to take a ride at the 'window seat'.
Tip:
- The train departs every few minutes, so it's better to take photos on weekdays when there are fewer people.
- It is not advisable to stay on the platform for a long time to take photos, and it is more relaxed to go to the viewing platform when exiting.

The viewing platform is free of charge; The so-called 'paid parking' and 'photography services' are often unnecessary.
