Who is suitable for
Families or deep players who have plenty of time and want to see natural wonders. On the first 3 days, we will travel to the main city. On the 4th day, we will take a one-day trip to Wulong. On the 5th day, we will finish at a slow pace. The rhythm is looser than the 3-day line, leaving room for eating and taking photos.
Day 1-3 · Classic of the Main City
Refer to Chongqing's 3-day Classic Journey: Monument to the people's Liberation, Yangtze River Cableway, Hongya Cave, Liziba, Mountain City Trail, Ciqikou. On the third night, arrange a two river cruise or a night view of Nanbin Road.
Day 4: Wulong One Day Tour (Tiansheng Sanqiao+Xiannv Mountain)
- Transportation: Take the high-speed train from Chongqing North Station toWulong Station(second-class seat costs about ¥ 52, 50-70 minutes, with frequent trips);; Take a direct bus from the station to the Fairy Mountain Tourist Center (approximately ¥ 16/person, 40 minutes). Please note that the high-speed railway will also arrive at "Wulong South Station" in 2026. When purchasing tickets, please carefully check the station and accommodation location.
- Morning:Born Three Bridges- The filming location for "Transformers: Age of Extinction" and "Curse of the Golden Armor", where three natural stone bridges, Tianlong Bridge, Qinglong Bridge, and Heilong Bridge, span the sinkhole, creating a spectacular sight.. The admission fee is approximately ¥ 155 (including scenic area transfer bus and sightseeing elevator). It is recommended to purchase it in advance through official channels.
- Afternoon:Fairy MountainHigh mountain meadows and forests provide summer escape and winter snow. You can take a small train (about ¥ 25) to enter the grassland. 5 days without airfare and accommodation, approximately ¥ 1200-1800 per person (including round-trip Wulong high-speed rail, tickets, and meals). It is recommended to book tickets for Wulong in advance through official channels, and accommodation in Xiannvshan Town during peak seasons (summer/National Day) should also be booked early.
Wulong Avoiding Pits
- The "low-priced private tickets" and "wild guides" at the entrance of the scenic area are all scams, only purchased on the official platform.
- Born on the slippery Sanqiao Trail, wear anti slip sports shoes, cool and shady under the bridge, and bring a thin jacket.
- The last direct train ends early, don't be too playful and miss the return high-speed train.
